I was actually just told that the defamation part is false and it's an amateur porn site.[a href="http://[del:jair]"]http://[del:jair][/a]

And he also should know that I'm well within my rights to temporarily ban him for breaking ToS. I'll deal with that when I can get home and get on yahoo. Sorry, guys.

1) There's no porn unless you, PERSONALLY, get like 50+ people to click on the link. 2) I went over the Rules and TOS before I posted it. Posting a link isn't posting content, so it isn't against Proboards TOS. 3) It's in a text link, so it isn't against Bite Rules either. 4) I know this'll come as a WILD surprise to you all, but (ssh is secret) it's a scam and "Stacy" doesn't actually exist ( proof here) 5) Hoooooooly shit lolllllllin

Whether Stacy exists or not, I clicked on the links and did see full frontal nudity, Matt. Not only did you post text links - they were ALSO masked, seemingly pointing toward something so innocent as Sesame Street. It's not courteous at all, and it was totally unnecessary.

I just looked at it, theres absolutely no porn on it unless you yourself try to get "clicks" or w/e. I really don't think he could get banned for "porn".

You used a proxy server, which is grey in legality to begin with. If you're offended that you can fool the internet into giving you porn, you really need to chill.

The TOS state that the site may not contain content that promotes the use of pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content. Whether or not the material is linked or directly on the page is of little matter, I believe. If the Admnistration allows for it to remain, and someone complains then something will likely happen given that it is a gray area to say the least. I would say that it's an outright violation.
Note also that profanity is against the rules, though the rules concerning profanity tend to be lax on the Bite.
