by: Andre Louvain I've gotten wind of a new establishment in our fair city. The RavenBlack Historical Society. King Lestat is the curator, and the visionary behind this interesting endeavor. We've all seen the written histories of happenings in our city, but they all seem to be written much later, by people who weren't there. The goal of RBHS is this: Let people who make the history, write the history as it's happening. This means that it is written with clarity, and no details are lost. It's good for use as a teaching tool, it makes it easier to keep things up to date, and it's a chance to cut out the middle man. Also, for clan leaders in particular, there is a place specifically for you to write a long winded, poetic history of your clan, or bloodline, which allows even more insight into conflicts, and happenings in the general history. I wish Lestat the best of luck, and urge everyone to have a peek. rbhistoricalsociety.proboards.com/index.cgi

However I'm always reachable. Many of the old records from halls such as RBB are destroyed, however there are other halls that carry a great wealth of information on war topics that aren't accessible to the public. ~HiS~

From the stand point of those specific leaders, be them Clan and or Bloodline. The intent and goal was to give the members of our city, young, old, new, weathered, people from every walk of unlife a centralised and in-depth history. A place and reference guide to help teach the newer generations of our city. To hopefully help them have a better appreciation and understanding of just how we all got to where we are today.

Sounds like my old pet project, the Ravenblack Historical Preservation Society. groups.yahoo.com/group/RB-HPSAll the good information is in the database section. I took the time to compile a lot of data from the old VNN archives (the VNN from BEFORE the chocolatiers). If anyone is interested in taking over the project, please let me know.
