RavenBlack Non-News -- rbcnonnews.suddenlaunch3.com/index.cgiAn online "newspaper" for spamming, trolling, reporting uninteresting things, and other stuff that I could waste valuable time listing. It's like a newspaper, except more interesting. Anybody is welcome to post anything that isn't pornographic in nature. As much as that might appeal to some, it's still not allowed. WARNING: If you don't have a sense of humour, or are otherwise easily offended, go away.

10 coins says people will fly to this establishment like the others... people seem to like papers knowing the more papers the city has, the more the city seems to die ><

Hey, the more papers in the City, the more viewpoints there are. I think that's better. Although.. I hiiiiiiighly doubt that's the real legal name, it's legit, so nothing can be done about Mr. Anonymous here. ((All we do ask is that you put a legitimate IGN in your signature so other players/vampires know who the character is. Thanks!)) Good luck with your paper, and may it be as rewarding to you as running Bite has been to me.

I think the reference is that the more 'papers' the less actual time spending ... well, that it's bringing the ghettos into a... well, that the same friggin things get discussed quite literally on purpose and you have to repeat...you know what? never mind *smiles* Good Luck!

Oh, definitely! Papers that allow interaction simply infuse drama, much like the ghettos, suburbs, and otherwise. They promote interaction among several groups of people who differing opinions. It's no different, honestly, except for the reputation given to certain areas-- regardless of whether or not a majority of the people who frequent some areas of the City also jump cliques to another. Where the ghettos gain a negative connotation, newspapers (with the exception of a few depending on the individual-- some do not like BCIN, some do not like WakeUp, some even don' t like Bite though I'm only aware of one person to ever revoke their subscription) have a more positive connotation because it is where the young pires can interact with the old; generally those who have been in the City long before the ghettos or the suburbs and don't deign to go there will read a newspaper. However, if you look closely and spend time in both places simply observing, you will notice that not much goes on in the ghettos that does not also happen in newspapers. People discuss sirings, bindings, severances, infidelities. They discuss City clan altercations, as well as new additions to clans. They discuss zeroings, in fact, just as some zeroings come out of what is said in a newspaper, they also come out of the ghettos. They discuss new pires and how to assist them in learning. ((Hell, even OOC convos go on there, just as they do here.)) The differences between the taverns in the ghettos and the suburbs and the newspapers are few and far between. It's simply the light you shine on them, and the people who are lacking from the other places, that make them seem so vastly different. That's why I say, huzzah. More papers.

Suddenlaunch? Oh you poor soul...
In any case, I expect this to be even less accurately informative than the Circus (is that even still around?). This RBNN seems to be made more in the fashion of a self-confessed tabloid.
