Beware so long as you live, of judging men by their outward appearance. ~Jean de la Fontaine |
Judging...
- Eyes: Steel Gray, sometimes described as cold, cruel, and dead; and sometimes described as affectionate, but most often they are simply designated as possesing of intelligence.
- Hair: Medium length waves that flow into gentle curls which cling near his ears. Often his hair looks unkept, despite his efforts to keep it brushed into place, and depending on the time of year, and lighting it ranges from a dark chestnut to rich onyx in colour.
- Skin: During the summer months, his skin has the faintest of a sun-kissed tints, despite his lack of solar exposure, that wanes with the gradual cooling seasons until it has a fully pale yet vital look. He maintains the appearance with a consistent 'feeding' schedule.
- Build: Well proportioned, he has a a nicely distributed musculature that can only be described as lean but firm. Lithe and toned, he is acrobatic in flexibility without being overly thin; overall he is rather well rounded in terms of strength versus mobility.
- Height: 6'4"
- Weight: 180 lbs
- Scent: With a rich woody scent, that has underlying musk and the barest hints of tobacco, he smells of Pour Homme Old One, a Gucci cologne that he's worn since 1976. Most often, he can be described as smelling Earthy and masculine, yet refined with the essence of suave.
- Tattoos, Piercings, Telling Marks: He has a tattoo of a royal lion which starts on his rib-cage over his side, and extends downward, spreading over his hip, abdomen, and buttocks; it was initially made to cover a crossbow bolt scar. He has no piercings thus far, and his only other telling marks are a small birthmark in the shape of a four pointed star on his inner thigh, and a tattoo of the six red dots of the Medici family crest on the side opposite his lion tattoo. The dots spread over his shoulder and just barely over one pectoral. The tattoos are not faded, because he has them recoloured every few years.
- Apparel: Leo is most certainly a fan of Gucci fashion for men. His style is rather simple, in that he prefers contrasting tones as opposed to monochrome, and will often be seen wearing all dark colours with a few bright pieces to bring a bit of flair to his outfits. He likes to be in clothing that most would consider 'dressy'. When he absolutely must wear less than 'appropriate' apparel, he has a large selection which he takes from, though he loathes coloured button downs outside of suit pieces, and despises polos.

Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Lawful neutral is called the "Judge" or "Disciplined" alignment. A lawful neutral character typically believes strongly in Lawful concepts such as honor, order, rules and tradition, and often follows a personal code. A lawful neutral society would typically enforce strict laws to maintain social order, and place a high value on traditions and historical precedent. Examples of lawful neutral characters might include a soldier who always follows orders, a judge or enforcer that adheres mercilessly to the word of the law, a disciplined monk, or a cowardly commoner.
Characters of this alignment are neutral with regard to good and evil. This does not mean that lawful neutral characters are amoral or immoral, or do not have a moral compass; but simply that their moral considerations come a distant second to what their code, tradition or law dictates. They typically have a strong ethical code, but it is primarily guided by their system of belief, not by a commitment to good or evil.

We'll talk of sunshine and of song, And summer days, when we were young; Sweet childish days, that were as long As twenty days are now. ~William Wordsworth |
Down a well worn path...
~1100-1199~
- September 26, 1193 - Leo is born as Leopold Plantagenet of Austria. His father had departed to return to England before that point, and thus never even knew of his existence.
- December 8, 1193- Leo(Newborn) almost dies after he is left out in the cold, he catches pneumonia, and is saved after several weeks of sickness. Leo's mother is told that he died during the ordeal.
- January 20, 1196 - Leo(3)'s mother dies giving birth to a younger brother that Leo never meets. He will turn out to be the only surviving relative on his mother's side.
- September 26, 1199 - Leo(6) is shipped off to a military academy (At that time, it was more of an all male Austrian school for the nobility, but the school was later formalized and became the Theresian Military Academy in the 1700s) after his father dies. Leo's 'uncle' Leopold tries to claim him as heir to the throne of England, but is quickly rebuffed in favor of a non-bastard relative.
~1200-1299~
- December 10, 1206 - Leo(13) is almost expelled from the military academy after he's caught in a non-sexual relationship with one of the other students. The soldier who discovered the relationship was dismissed instead, and the matter was soon forgotten about.
- October 22, 1209 - Leo(16) is graduated from the academy with what amounts to full honors, and makes his move back to the palace he'd grown up in.
- November 12, 1213 - Duke Leopold enlists aid for a crusade, that he'd been involved in for nearly a year, in Languedoc. Leo (20) sees this as an opportunity to live up to his father's name and quickly sing's up under the assumed name Lionson.

- November 3, 1214 - Leo (21) goes into a deep slumber. His body is tended to by Asea during the nomadic movements of the Kiss.
- December 10, 1264 - Leo (71) awakens from his slumber. Unlike many of his kind, his awakening is not violent, in fact, it is almost as if there has been no change save for the obvious. He quickly learns his place within the Kiss, and becomes a regular member.
- February 13, 1265 - Leo (71) and Asea start their formal relationship after a couple of months of tension between the pair.
- March 16, 1293 - Leo (100) begins to grow interested in his history, and learning more about his father and family. There's one sad truth in life I've found While journeying east and west - The only folks we really wound Are those we love the best.
