Although I kinda like the sentence the second Liar was in...
"The tenants reserve the right to use the liars as they deem fit"
Kinky.

We can offer a variety of different options and for each person it tends to be different, since we know that its difficult to choose we are giving you three options to choose from.
1). Rent on a month to month basis.
Gone is the 6 month contract, instead we are now offering a fixed price of 25,000 coins per month with a 1 month contract including the 50k deposit for name changing, This contract ends after a month and can be renewed or cancelled as per the tenants instructions. A huge drop in the price to bring in those vamps that are struggling in hard financial times.
2). Rent to buy options
This is of course the harder contract to deal with and will still be priced at 2 million in total. This can be split one of two ways.
First option is to pay the coin in one lump sum, upon receipt of the coins we transfer the deeds over and the place becomes yours to do with as you please.
Second option is similar to the rental option but at a price decided by the owner and the buyer, prices will often be higher than the normal rental price to encourage faster payments, upon completion of the final payment the deeds will be transfered to the tenants and the place becomes theirs to own and do with as they please.
These three options gives a huge amount of flexibility with buying and renting places for a modest price now. Why not talk to one of us today to arrange a viewing?
I thought I'd put this up here to give people an indication on the prices now. Since we listened to alot of opinion on what people can and cannot afford.

I pick and choose where I feel like it, and typically out of boredom. You'll notice that about me.

With full power and a decent amount of work, anyone can get around 1,000 coins a day on average.
25,000 a month seems perfectly reasonable for anyone able and willing to do the work.

Thank you for the positive appreciation and allowing me to have a good laugh at your expense. I'm hoping that this business venture of yours works out the way you want it to. I, personally, am rather hesitant to invest in such an endeavor at this time, but will watch closely to see how things go. Also, for going along with my previous laughter, I'd be more than willing to do some line editing for your contracts in the future... at no cost.
