(I found all that has been written for Wynd beautiful However, because of what happened around the end of there IC relationship, I have written something separate.)
He deserved no right to speak… Not for her, he had loved her dearly, and thrown it away out of petty anger, it had been months since they had spoken, and now there would be no reconciliation, no apologies. No loving smile.
Where was her song? Her sweet embrace the final sunset? Where the fuck was there reunion, A roar echoed through the crowded alleyway that he prayed would release him from his pain, as he forced himself to ponder these horrible questions.
Where was his daughter? Where was one of his finest lights?
Why could he not bare himself to look upon the likes of Seyda and Nitenurse, and grieve…
Kaio and Wynd had fought side by side for a very long time, laughed and loved together. While hating how each looked at the world.
Tyger had hated him, Kaio had hated tyger, Occams breach deeply scarred their friendship, and both had turned away from one another.
But Kaio had not tried to fix it, he had not tried to make the pain go away for either side, instead he had ended their debate and anger by simply cutting his Wynd out. He had always assumed he would relent, contact her, and provide her all she wanted. Just so he could talk to her, and love her again.
Alas, that was not to pass, for she was gone, and he for the first time in a long time felt empty. He hated this city, as she had loved it.
He hated himself, a feeling he had not thought possible, he murdered, and destroyed leaving nothing in his wake in a desperate attempt to dull the pain, but he couldn’t. The rain fell but he could not stop, an alleyway full of humans killed to end suffering that would not go away.
“I am sorry…” Kaio said leaning against the wall exhausted, from his pain, His fist suddenly slamming into the brick.
“I am sorry, I am sorry, come back, I am sorry.” He screamed it, he growled it His fist struck over and over again, anything to dull the pain, anything to make it stop hurting.
“I am sorry baby.” He fell to all fours, the water splashing around him, his blood running through the streets, “I didn’t mean it, id even cry for you if I could. Just come home.”
But there was no coming home, there was no perfect ending, she was gone, and he was without his Wynd, and had you been in the ally that night you may have seen a Demon cry.
