Lass sits at her computer and begins to type through her tears, never having thought she'd have to do this.
Ladies and gentle pyres, and yes - Even those of you who aren't so gentle.
I have a favour to ask of you.
Would any and every one of you who knew my sister Wynd and have a tale to tell of her please come to find me. I wish to collect together all the stories and anecdotes you may have on her and to put them together into something special.
They can be sad, they can be funny, they can be antagonising - Everything! I want to hear about who she was to you and what she meant to you.
Please - If you know anyone who may have a tale to tell, Let them know I want to speak to them!
You can get me on my cell (( lass_vamp YIM )) or email (( animal_lass_2@yahoo.co.uk )) or a PM here at the paper - But please do not reply with them here. I want them to be a surprise once revealed in their entirety.
I thank you for your time on this and look forward to learning more about my sister.
Yours in grief.
Lass St. John

Smiles softly as she sees the reply. Thank you hairbear. I thought it a good idea for all to look back and reflect on their time with her. Remember what she meant to them. Then once everything is collected together and published - What she meant to everyone else and how she touched the city.

I also wish that I could have grown to know Wyndcryer they way my sire did, but alas I never met the great women but she will hold a special place in my heart all the same.

No, unfortunately no-one has really come forwards to tell me their tales. So this remains a work in progress.

Unfamiliar though I am to Wynd (or to anyone here), I will say this: if a story is worth telling, it will be told. If you wait for it to jump into your lap, it will be told by someone else

Good evening to you Sir. I would hope that those who knew Wynd would indeed tell her story - to me. As stated above, I wished to make a collected works about her, from those who knew her best. i.e. Her friends and family.
Wynd's story is very def worth telling - and had you know her, you would know why.

Surprised I missed this. I'm moving it to off topic.

Wynd's story is very def worth telling - and had you know her, you would know why. Well perhaps you should tell the story anyway - once offered a starting point, I am sure her friends and family will correct you if you deviate

Perhaps. That would certainly be one option to explore in another case - However it is not the one I was wanting for the project I had in mind. Thank you for your suggestion however. Feel free to call me with any more - I believe my number is indeed listed here.
