www.katfeete.net/writing/marysue.htmlMy results: Liander is suspiciously similar to you as you'd like to be. He is so impossibly hip that he has difficulty seeing over his own pelvis; he'll probably die young, but damn, will it have been a good life. He may have sometimes thought that he was special, or destined for greater things, but probably dismissed the idea as a fantasy. He's come in for his share of hurt, but gotten off with minor damage. And you've been sparing with the free handouts: whatever he gains, he's worked for. You may have let yourself get a little too close to Liander. Maybe he's you as you wish you were, or maybe you're just afraid no one will like him and are trying to give him a free ride. Have some confidence in your writing! Liander is a good character. Give him room to be himself before you stifle him.

Julian showed me this quiz some time ago. I took it for a hand full of my characters. Most of them I got that I was a little too disconnected from my character. Whatevs. ;x

For the hilarity of ever despising mary Sue writers in the fics I read.
Ananel:
Ananel is nothing like you. She isn't really very cool: she blends into crowds, she hangs out on the fringes at parties, and wearing shades after dark makes her run into things. She may have sometimes thought that she was special, or destined for greater things, but probably dismissed the idea as a fantasy. She's come in for her share of hurt, but gotten off with minor damage. And she's gotten no slack from you.
In general, you care deeply about Ananel, but you're smart enough to let her stand on her own, without burdening her with your personal fantasies or propping her up with idealization and over-dramatization. Ananel is a healthy character with a promising career ahead of her.

Coquette is suspiciously similar to you as you'd like to be. She may be popular, or she may not, but no matter what she's impossible to ignore; she stands out... just the way you always wanted to. She may have sometimes thought that she was special, or destined for greater things, but probably dismissed the idea as a fantasy. She's got no emotional scars to speak of. And you've been pretty kind to her, always ready to intercede on her behalf and give her a nice easy victory.

Lol. Probably.
I'd just like to point out that THIS:
A character who disagrees with Coquette ends up getting in trouble, being dreadfully injured, or dying horribly in a way that proves that Coquette was right all along.
More than once.
Pretty much all the time, except maybe once or twice, and I give an excuse for Coquette being wrong those times.
-- question was my favorite. <.<

Ditto Ananel:
Elizabeth is only a little like you. She is not at all cool; in fact, she thinks cool is a temperature reading, and when she says "Oh, I just put on whatever old thing's lying around," she means "on the floor, where I threw it last night - but I turned the underwear inside out first." There's never been anything special about her that she could see; boy, is she in for a surprise. She's had more than her fair share of hard knocks, and probably spends more time than she ought moaning about it. And she's gotten no slack from you.
In general, you care deeply about Elizabeth, but you're smart enough to let her stand on her own, without burdening her with your personal fantasies or propping her up with idealization and over-dramatization. Elizabeth is a healthy character with a promising career ahead of her.

Also also, I checked everything that said he's devastatingly handsome, so y'all betta start rekkanizin'.

Vermathrax isn't a character: he's you, or you as you'd like to be. He may be popular, or he may not, but no matter what he's impossible to ignore; he stands out... just the way you always wanted to. He'd have to be pretty dense to miss the signs that he is destined for great things; he can hardly take a walk without tripping over a sword in a stone or a mysterious old woman wanting to tell his fortune. He's had more than his fair share of hard knocks, and probably spends more time than he ought moaning about it. And you've been sparing with the free handouts: whatever he gains, he's worked for.

I've taken this one a looong time ago; but the questions confuse me now xD
"Idony has psychic abilities, exceptional strength, magical powers, can heal with a touch, or has any other skill, talent, or power that we would consider superhuman.
... appears to die but later turns out not to be dead after all.
More than once."
Well duh >.>
In any case
