Either that or she wanted to know what made the fangirls act so violent when someone voices their opinions... ._. *Grumbles something unhappily.* I went to go grab a book at Barnes and Nobles yesterday, close to where I work, and they had a huge ass Edward Cullen poster/collage thing about 7ft tall. My cousin and I groaned. Mom's gave me the dirtiest look when I went, "Stupid sparkling ugly greasy-haired nimrod" while paying for my Richard Laymon book <.<;

I want to bash the shit out of my sister. She thinks Twilight is our generations greatest love story. Oh, and did I mention how much I hate the fact that now, EVERYONE and their FREAKING mother loves vampires? When i've been obsessed since I was like 6 and my mom said I could be a Vampire for Halloween! Its bullshit I say. Grade A bullshit. Upon analysis, the stories involved in the Twilight saga are simply reimagined tragic love stories. Wuthering Heights is one, Pride and Prejudice another...Romeo and Juliet influences...etc.

Wolf, this is why I love you. XD Well, one of the may reasons. <3 And you're right. Its a simple combination of them, and although I agree with Stephen King on the way she writes... Its still a pretty decent book if you get past the sparkling vampire -.- At least she didn't screw up the Quilette legend... well in a sense she did because they weren't shapeshifters in the actual legend.

If y'all got into the series, before all the fangirls took over and ruined it, you might actually like it. Granted, its a little late for that. And the Books are good. The movies are idiotic and annoying. If you base your Twilight perception on the Movies, I feel sorry for you. [IE: Every freeking fan girl AND Robert Paterson who admits to not reading the books. Ever.]
I'll agree HP is very close to the books. Twilight isn't. It has the same names as the chars in the book but besides that its fucking horrible. The movies cut out or change every good part in the damn book.

Have you ever been somewhere and happen to mention you write about vampires online and the person next to you starts to crack up and look at you like a Twilight girlyfan? (SHUP!...I've never written anything related to Twilight vampires >.> ) Everyone relates vampires to the sparkling interspecies erotica bullshit. Where have all the Vampires gone with the fear that followed? I want blood, gore, dark sexual appetites and more horror then you can shake that Edward Cullen sparkling dildo at.
