This is ment as a constructive critisism. And even if it pisses you off, who the hell am I to get mad over?
But talking like "Well I do not believe that this in infact the matter of what I was speaking, as it stands I would have to infur from your reasoning that..." Et Cetra.... it's just not good writing. It annoys me to read it.
It's... it's just not painting the picture that you want. Comes off as pretentious and insubstantial. Talking for miles without getting anywhere. Sometimes blunt is best, when you dance around your point half the time it gets compleatly consumed by the massive preamble.

Vampires live forever. Why would they bother being blunt when they have all the time in the world to discuss anything? In the eyes of older vampires being blunt would likely appear as undue hastiness.

I guess if you think a vampire spends his eternal life finishing a sentance more power to ya.

Obviously all vampires are going to be different, and as humans we can't accurately write a vampire because they're not real. But I don't necessarily see a problem with extensive debates as long as they don't get out of hand with petty bullshit. That's all philosophy really is - you explore everything there is about a subject without reaching a definitive conclusion, and talks can go on forever. It's about the process, not the result.
I do see your point though.
