Well that righteously pisses me off. I've been asking to be taken out of that fucking auction for 2 or so days now and they completely ignored my request, while taking OTHERS out.
-__- My messages center lost her request. This has been taken care of. Her departure of the auction is not a result of the ban.

If one does not like how Mina runs the show, then do it differently. Simple enough.

I agree that the customer has the right to complain. Though the management has the right to refuse service to anyone. Belligerent or profanity is not often seen as alright practice and is commonly met with hostile actions. I agree! One hundred percent. Management in any business or establishment has the right to refuse service. If someone walks into your business and calls you foul names, it's well within the right of the owner to boot them. However, if a customer is six blocks away and says something negative about the establishment or its proprietor, then it's a wholly different story. After all, it didn't occur within the establishment, and perhaps the customer enjoys the services at said establishment but finds some of the wait staff poor. But that's just my opinion *smiles* ~HiS~

Then have all the slaves agree to a "Terms of service" policy, stating in which what is considered "acceptable" behavior.

If someone expresses malcontent with with myself or staff during the Auction it leaves me wondering why even be here? Just an observation dear Lady, but perhaps its a bit egotistical to presume one enters the auction because of you. Yes you run it, however you are not 'it'. Perhaps they join because they've an interest in being a slave to someone etc. One does not go hand in hand with the other. You present the program, but you are not the program. ~HiS~ My Lady, I simply meant that if you are displeased with the facility, why continue to frequent the establishment?

my dear young fool, in my day slaves were bought and sold for millions. Mina sold for 850k the last time she hit auction. I say not nearly enough was spent. Then might it be possible that vampires were even more foolish in the past? Calling it a waste of coin is just silly. I personally think buying a ring or flowers for another is a waste in the same light. No one else can even see that you have it, lest you tell them...what fun is that? They are simple luxuries that mean something, that is their cause. This is another luxury that is far from being a waste if you are having a good time and enjoy yourself. Pires earning money they may need, others spending extra to have a little good natured fun! Why is that a bad or negative thing? Maybe you wouldnt enjoy that specific luxury...doesnt mean its a waste to someone else. I spent 150k for Draugluin...a clan member and friend, a small price to pay for the fun to be had...*goes to pick up the evening gown being fitted for Draug* No one but you can see anything in your inventory. That hardly means that everything there is worthless because no one else can see it. I am merely talking about function; I do not see much of a point in spending thousands of coins to have someone as a "slave" for a week. If you want a slave so badly, so out on the streets and kidnap a human. Humans happen to be more disposable as well, should you be unsatisfied. The auction takes a lot of pre-planning, on-going effort in monitoring and then even more time and energy afterwards in collecting and dispersing the monies. I respect all those who are involved in creating an event that is usually lighthearted and fun. The auction is voluntary. You are not required to participate. What is a waste of coins to some may not be to others. I agree. My initial comment was far from an absolute... no one has to agree with me. I do hold some respect for those running the auction, and I have noticed that some do like these sorts of events, but conversely I am not required to believe that all the coins spent is a worthwhile investment.

But husbands dont effect the cost of wives, I mean yours is still worthless, and its been how long? I know Ravynne will be extremely relieved to know that she need not be concerned with you ever bidding on her, should she choose to enter an auction in the future.

Mina's a sweetheart, but I have a simple explanation for you to ponder. The longer she spends with you, the less her value? *snorts* I spent 150k for Draugluin...a clan member and friend, a small price to pay for the fun to be had...*goes to pick up the evening gown being fitted for Draug* I'm so excited for him! Please please pleeease sneak me some pictures, Pea?

I respect all those who are involved in creating an event that is usually lighthearted and fun. Many of you who are complaining have done little to nothing to make this City an interesting place to live. Coming here and whining doesn't count. The auction is voluntary. You are not required to participate. What is a waste of coins to some may not be to others. And yes, Mina, you are priceless. In that vein, I would also go so far as to say, if you're going to sign up, fucking stay signed up. Don't be a weak-minded asshat who wants in, then out, then in... well, you get the idea. A fuckhead, in short.

Janus has chosen to remove himself from the auctions: "The behaviour of the auction staff in removing people from the event based on the fact that they had an opinion that was different from theirs which was expressed in a completely unregulated environment outside of the auction's purview, (notwithstanding said comments were not said in contravention of auction rules and did not interfere with the auction at all) is in great disgust to me. Cancel my participation in this and future events. I refuse to even let 15% go to such sad people. I should hope I am not alone in this." *snorts loudly* Bullshit. Jackass pussied out and can't even be 'man' enough to come say it himself. Instead, he sends a little girl to spread the news of his latest cowardly act. Why am I not surprised? He couldn't be a man if his unlife depended on it; maybe he's just pissed because Rose Bliven got high bid and he doesn't want to be her slave for a week. Who knows? Fucking cowardly shit in any case; if you're in, you're fucking in. Don't get in if you're not serious. Whatever Jackass' problem really is, Tif and B acting like true Ghetto whores and getting banned was just his ticket to an easy out of what he didn't want to finish. Again; this doesn't surprise me in the least.

Upir, dude... I would so totally part with a quarter million coins for the chance to humiliate someone who has proven so worthy of it. That's the real kick to having your fellow pyres as slaves.
