I'd like to apologise on behalf of the Splinters of Dusk, to anyone that was caught in the scrolling around Juniper and 56th.
If you're particularly aggrieved over the damage please contact me privately for necromancer funds.
Also, be aware if you're in the area that this will be ongoing until the target is drained. Thank you.
